What is draining my new batter on my 04 Ford F-150

I have an 04 Ford F150. The new battery keeps going dead. I have replaced
the fuse panel. What could be wrong

Do a parasitic electric drain test. Not hard to do, just to long to explain here. Tons of videos on the net. Just need a multi-meter.
