Security light

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I have a 05 f150 that was running good. I had a flat
tire and took it to the tire shop. When I got there to
pick it up the security light was blinking and it will
turn over but won't start. I have took to Ford store
to get a new key programmed but that didn't work.
Before I spend any money I was wondering if
someone may know what my problem is. Thanks

Can i run it? Or does Ford have to do it? And if I can do it what is the procedure to do what you are talking about

Someone probably locked it with the FOB and then unlocked it with the key. Sometimes these Fords don't like this and the anti-theft activates.
