I need wire diagram for 2006f150

Run a couple wires directly to the blower motor from the battery to test the motor itself
Did you check the relays in addition to the fuses in the circuit. For the relays do the same as 87 suggested above, just apply power from the battery to end terminals on the relay and if it audibly clicks it is working. Also often there will be an inline relay or fuse going right to the blower motor.
Actually the relays have a simultaneous test to confirm proper function....while power is applied, there's a resistance/continuity test across the other 2 outer terminals
Not everyone has a proper multimeter on hand to test with.
If you do not have the correct tools all you can do is waste money and time replacing parts at random.
You could also swap out the relay for another one that matches as a test....but personally, I'm leaning towards the blower motor itself....
The blower motor runs when hooked up directly to the battery. Im thinking it more of a short or ground. The relay has resistance the sides also. The strange thing is that I can't get a reading when I switch to volts. Oh in ohm. And then none of the numbers are in the normal range of acceptance. I've looked at all of the ground wires going to the cab checked the In line fuses all of the fuses in the main box and under the hood. I just dont understand what's goin on.
Just to clarify...its not getting power to the motor at all? Or is it just not coming out from the vents?
I think I found a good wiring diagram for you finally. This thing was a buggar to find.
At this point yeah I'm with you I'd lean to there being a wiring fault but it would also make me really second guess if my replacement control knob panel is working. Did you get it new or just pull from a yard? Also when you pulled the old one out was the pigtail melted or burnt on one of the connectors?
