my power mirrors on my 2006 KR will fold but not adjust any idea

All electric rear view mirrors have small plastic gears which limit movement up, down, and side to side. If pressure is applied to either side, top or bottom, the plastic gear will slip to it's extreme position. At that point the mirror will only ove in one direction or only slightly in the other. Sometimes one can adjust this problem by gently pushing on the opposite side (you'll hear the click of the gears) to a center position which should make the window move.
