Electrical problems

Asked by william Nov 15, 2018 at 10:49 AM about the 1999 Ford F-250 Super Duty XLT 4WD Extended Cab SB

My 99 F250 Super Duty the heater motor and lights
and stuff will stay on inside the cab after the key is
turned off and out of the ignition had a leak in my
windshield and getting that fixed just wondering
what could be if it would be the gem module or the
PCM I have replaced all the relays in my fuse boxes
