Is there any reason why my truck should be taking a draw off the battery,
when ignition is off and the vehicle is parked all locked up? Seems something
is drawing off my battery…..

It's possible, not every thing shuts off with the key. You headlight circuit for an example, memory for accessories and anything plugged into the lighter socket. Take a good look, I've left my parking lights on for days without realizing it.
