If it's just one cylinder misfiring it's most likely a coil (aka "coil on plug" or COP) or a injector, or a spark plug or plug wire. A tune up may be in order. As to not starting, that can be a multitude of reasons. At least tell us does it crank and not start, or does it not even crank? (Cranking is turning the key to start so the starter motor engages the flywheel, but without the engine firing.)

If the plug or coil on the #6 is done it will cause that problem
