Gas in oil blueish white smoke stalling loss power misfire

I am not a mechanic by no means but I've got a 95
Chevy s10 2.2l 4cylinder done new spark plugs and
wires oil change intake and exhaust manifold
gaskets new fuel filter cleaned throttle body
cleaned fuel rail cleaned injectors after all this it
ran great but my work is only a mile or so down the
road left work 6hours later and it ran like I did
nothing at all to it almost wouldn't start up but did
after I had the pedal to the floor then comes the
rough idle and blueish white smoke again and loss
of power and gas back into my oil this truck is
driving me nuts

You'll have to remove the head to see the problem. It could be the head gasket, stuck valve, damaged head, or damaged piston rings.
