01 Chevy cavalier oil light

I just bought this car 1 week later engine light is on
oil light came on n over heating.  Took 2 auto parts
store. No oil at all in car no antifreeze in car. Oily
looking stuff all over engine. What do i do 2 fix is it
expensive is it worth the 1300 I paid for car?? Help
me please
