The engine dose fire when ether is used ,fuel pump does it's start up run , fuel rail has
fuel in it, is it injector control modual,fuel pressure regulator.

Is fuel pump coming on? Is fuel rail pressurized? If yes to both check injectors for injector pulse. If you have all the above check injectors. Did you use the same ones out of original motor? How long had injectors set unused in the motor? Might need cleaning/replacing if they have not been used in a long time.
Are all wiring harness hooked up correctly and tightly? Could you have over looked hooking something back up? Double check all connection going to entire engine.

Wire are hooked up engine fire, Just isn't getting fuel would the injector modual be different because vin is different what is the pressure in the fuel rail suppose to be?how do you check injector pulse?
