No heat

Just had new upper and lower hoses
thermostat temp sensor replaced prior to
repair heat worked great no problem with
truck . Now it makes gurgling noise
temperature won't go above 120 and blows
cold air 20 days after repair . What could be
the issue? It's a  2003 s10 pick up  2.2l 2wd

Check the coolant level, it might be low. Add to the coolant reservoir when the engine is cold between the min and max line.
