My 1994 Dodge Ram 1500 the first time that it is started for the day always take several seconds before it will move. Even if you give it the gas it still sets there and then it will finally move. It doesn't do that the rest of the day but just that once. Anyone else have this happen to them? Also it doesn't matter what temperature it is outside!

Take it to a transmission shop for a fluid and filter change. There may be adjustments if it's not too far gone.
