96 ram 1500 keeps blowing fuses for the daytime running lights and dash light. what could this be i can not fine a short in wires

check your grounds. a short doesnt always blow a fuse.

Did you put a after market radio in your truck some times one of the wire could ground causing dash lights to blow the fuse
