I have a 96 Dodge Ram 1500 that leaks fuel only when its the weather is hot. Leak appears to be coming from top of the tank. What could be the cause of this?

1996 Dodge 1500. When I put gas in the tank it runs on the ground. Very little gas in tank. Cannot get under to see problem?

Is it throwing a code? Dodge is apparently bad about this. after checking all fuel lines coming from the tank and making sure there are no cracks and the fuel tank is sealed. next is the vent vapor canister. if it is clogged or the purge valve they can cause enough pressure to push fuel through even the newest of hoses
