My truck runs great at idle. Just fixed exhaust leak and fuel leak. When it goes over 2750 rpm it starts stuttering and loses power. Can't make it up a hill. Codes 11 and code 43 present.

Those are flash codes. If they are invalid is my ecu bad.
Replaced the fuel pump in Feb. Broke the quick release. Hose came off a few times which caused the 43 code,as well as running out of gas. Also replaced cap, rotor, wires, plugs, checked and repaired vacuum lines. If the timing jumped it wouldn't run at all would it?
How much rubber hose did you use? If only a small amount it could be ok but check it for kinks or sharp bends. Either will cause fuel pressure issues that might only cause issues while trying to drive it but be ok while just idling. If you use a long length of rubber hose it will probably not work due to fuel pressure issues. Will work ok at idle but hose can expand causing fuel pressure to drop and as you try to drive it there will not be enough pressure to allow it to preform properly.
Also it will be to your advantage to put some sort of fuel filter in the line to keep trash out of intake/injectors.
