How do I adjust my my bands in my
transmission when changing my filter

Modern transmissions don't have adjustments for the bands. I doubt yours are adjustable so if it is slipping you will need a rebuild.

if it is a a500 front band and rear band are adjustment.. front band controls 2nd gr ..rear band controls manual low and reverse
