P1765 DODGE - Gov Press Not Equal to Target @ not15-20 PSI
P0473 - Exhaust Pressure Sensor High - An Exhaust Back Pressure (EBP) signal that is detected out of range (high or low) by the Engine Control Module (ECM) will cause the engine to ignore the EBP signal and disable exhaust back pressure operation. - Replacing the exhaust back pressure sensor usually takes care of the problem
Alternator not charging - can you read battery voltage on the output terminal of the alternator? There usually is a fusible link in the piece of wire that attaches to the starter motor. If that link goes open, the alternator is not connected.
Located a pcm module finnaly and replace it and now it is charging and transmission error codes are gone. Dodge relly blew this one putting the voltage regulator in the pcm Thanks for your help.
