My boyfriend just changed the sparks plugs and
wires, he has a 97 dodge ram 5.9l v8 360 mag 4 by
4. We do a check engine test and it says its only
running on 4 cylinders and that 5 6 7 and 8 and the
cylinders. My question is what could cause this.

They where changed one by one so we wouldnt do that it started after spark plugs were changed.
