I have a 98 Ram 1500 with no dash gages, Check eng lite, Abs lite on, Odometer flashing, NO "no bus" message, ABS module plug dry, Radio intermintent

Lost communications in the CAB-BUS system. Begin by checking battery voltage 12.6 and CCA load test it. NEXT. make sure ALL connections are clean and tight and Ok. Test alternator output 13.4- 14.8 volts at battery terminals engine idling. IF it still displaying with no change, one of the modules isn't signaling to the others the cause can be the BUS system, the twisted pair..or a module itself. check pin 4 and pin 6 for resistance record this If you can;t do this stop NOW and have a facility check it out it. Regards
