98' dodge ram 1500 pickup...pulled into the garage, came out next morning and all it will do is turn over. There is no ignition...thought it might be a coil or fuel pump that has gone bad. Service guy at the Dodge dealership thinks it is the ignition module in the computer which will run anywhere from $400 to $1100 depending what VIN # it is...where is the fuel pump on this truck? Hopefully not in the tank... 2 Answers

My 94 dodge ram 1500, 5.2L, runs okay but began using lot of fuel. Had trouble codes 37, 32, and 51. Cleaned throttle body and checked for vaccum leaks or bad hoses. Code 32 gone away. Cleared code 51 which according to Haynes manual is not supposed to make the check engine light come on. Their is no code 37 in the Haynes manual for a gasoline engine on the 94 Ram. Their is for diesel engine. What is it, where is it at and how do I correct the problem. 51 I know is the O2 sensor. Truck runs great, shifts fine , but is still using more fuel than normal. Been reading about code 37 and transmissions, don't think my problem is there. Any help ? 5 Answers
Cannot get the Code 37 to clear, can disconnect the battery and the code 51 clears, The code 32 has not come back but 51 comes back. 37 does not go away. Engine light will not come on after starting...

My 2005 Dodge Ram 4.7 is having trouble starting, it usually takes 3 attemps until it turns over. I suspected that it may be the check valve on the sending unit but I can find the part in online autopart stores which leads me to believe that it doesn't have one. Could it possibly be the fuel pump? 1 Answer
