Does this model have 1 horn or 2; if two, where are they located; I can find only one but the dealership said there were two.

I has a 2001 LT 4WD for several years, and never heard anything about a second horn?

I have a 2002 Chev Suburban. There are two horns. There is a low tone on the drivers's side and a high tone on the passenger side. Each one has a quick connector that is easily removed and are secured by a bolt with a single nut. The horns are located directly behind the turn signal light assembly underneath the headlights on both sides. I recently replaced my high tone and it cost me about $60 at the dealership, part only. You can probably get one at a wrecking yard/auto junk or pull-it yard for less. All I needed to change it was 5 minutes and a 10 mm wrench. It's accessible from underneath the front bumper. Also, you can remove the headlight and turn signal assemblies to easily view the horns but it's not necessary. Have someone blow the horn while you listen to which side is out or you can just stand in front of the vehicle and hit your lock button on the remote twice to listen. My horn has been out for the longest time and I just got tired of a wimpy sound so I fixed it!

Burnsound. I've spent way too much time listening to one of my kids toot the horn with my head under the hood. You're awesome! I couldn't find the high pitched horn because all along I was assuming it was right near the low pitched horn. Thanks for the help. Cookie Monster
