more detail will be needed...however...pull the intake temp sensor and clean it, if your plenum is leaking, the sensor will have oil all over it. Next, if you have or can get a scanner that reads live data, what are your long term/short term fuel trims and upstream/downstream O2 sensor readings? Fuel trims are usually the tell all, followed by the O2 sensors. Lastly, open the throttle body valves, take a gander with a flashlight and see if the floor of your intake is a swimming pool of oil...some oil is okay, but not a swimmingpool.

BTW, make sure the engine is at normal operating temp and at steady load. You can do this in your driveway. Take your readings at idle/1500/2500 RPM...don't worry about any RPM variation or misfire (scanner will register misfires), the trims n O2 readings are your goal here.
I will start there, thank you. I know I was a bit Hasty with my info. I will do this and see where it goes. I know I have a plenum leak.... I totally Forget about it. Truck has sat for a bit. No time to work on it so I will be in touch

If she's been sitting for awhile, then your suffering from an equivalent condition to all things known as "she" in our life if you don't pay attention to them. You may just try something like new gas or spray a liberal (the only time this word works in society) amount of carb cleaner into the intake of the idle air control valve from the top of the throttle body...these pickups hate their IAC taskmasters.
