You would have to connect with the computer with code reader , if you can't or if there's a problem then it may have gone dead from sitting without power while you replaced the motor . Scan for codes , check for proper spark , fuel pressure , injector pulse
Did you disarm the security system? When the battery is disconnected the security goes into full lockdown.
I put a new motor in my truck now it just cranks and will not start do I have to program the computer
