My transmission is slipping in overdrive at cruising speed can't really feel it , I just notice the rpm jumping about 200 then returning to normal what could be the problem and what could I do to fix it

It might not even be your transmission slipping, especially if you can't feel it. Granted, a 200 rpm spike for (how long?) you may not feel, but instead your tachometer may have an issue, not the tranny. Maybe. And just a suggestion, don't stare at the tach while driving.

It could be the torque converter clutch (TCC) solenoid dropping out if it's not the gauge. I would expect more of a needle jump if it was.
