My transmission is slipping in overdrive at cruising speed can't really feel it , I just notice the rpm jumping about 200 then returning to normal what could be the problem and what could I do to fix it

It might not even be your transmission slipping, especially if you can't feel it. Granted, a 200 rpm spike for (how long?) you may not feel, but instead your tachometer may have an issue, not the tranny. Maybe. And just a suggestion, don't stare at the tach while driving.

that could be, if you want to be safe put it on computer, most parts stores will do it for free.
It could be the torque converter clutch (TCC) solenoid dropping out if it's not the gauge. I would expect more of a needle jump if it was.
