Multiple misfire code

I am having this code blink right before I start up
I've replaced sparkplugs and coil packs and there's
no difference some days especially mornings the
truck is running good other days it feels like it has
less power please help

I'm no mechanic...but I had the same issue and replaced the distributor cap. It was cracked and that did the job for my '02 Ram 1500.

    Jus fixed head gasket and it showed a misfire on 4&6. Changed plugs could packs and injectors. Reset the pcm and checked for stuck valves or rocker off cam. It is still running like it's misfiring ...
