Have you pulled the plug out and inspected it ? You didn't mention that you did that as well. If so what was the condition of it ?
Swap the plug to a different cylinder and see if the problem follows.

You could have a bad wire as well. Try swappin it to another cylinder and see if the miss follows. What motor is it ?
it doesnt matter which V8 it is 318 and 360 share the same firing order. Keep in mind while you may have new plugs and wires, a plug could be gapped incorrectly its a common issue. Also keep in mind that these trucks have a distributor style ignition. Check the Cap Rotor and every thing like that. Also you didnt specify when its misfiring is it at idle or under load/acceleration. The more descriptive you get the easier itll be for a trained tech (such as my self, or many other people here) to help you.
or do you have a Hemi with coil on plug? Dan is right, more info, better answers.
There was no more 318 in 2005... engine could be 3.7, 4.7, 5.9 or 5.7.

engine 4.7,i switch the coils, there is no distributer cap that i can see. the wiers are going from plugs towards the dash
i work mainly on a tablet phone, and just got on today, i didnt see that the truck was an 05. being that its the 4.7 with coil on plug you could have a bad ignition module, or a bad driver in the ECU
