ABS / Emer Brake light, scan says low brake fluid

I have a 2wd 2006 Ram 1500. My ABS and emer brake light
come on simultaneously (always together) and scan says
brake fluid low. I bled all 4 brakes and master cylinder.
Faults all still return randomly and simultaneously. I've only
found 2 sensors on my truck, rear diff and left front wheel. I
cant disconnect the one on the rear diff to inspect, took to
a shop and they said most likely the fluid sensor in the
reservoir. Does this make sense? Are there only the 2
sensors? Where is the ABS fuse I keep reading about?
