I've had the problem with my tilt on my 98 Dodge Ram 2500 to get my headlights to work. When I could no longer get it in the right spot, I had to get into the wiring in the column and move it around until I could get it to work.. Then no problems for a long time. However, just recently it happened again, then the next day, my fuel pump wouldn't work. I'm wondering if the column wires might be the problem, since I have checked every other possibility.
