Have you tested for spark? Because of the location of the ignition coil (front passenger side of engine) they don't last as long as others. The crank position sensor (passenger side of transmission belhousing) is a known issue for a no start on your generation of dodge truck also
The wire for the crank sensor runs behind the dizzy also, the connector is just on the drivers side of the engine, make sure it's connected
No I haven't tested for spark yet, and I tried looking for the crank sensor I found where it's conmected behind the distributor but can't find it underneath.
Remove the passenger wheel and splashguard and youll see it on top of the transmission bellhousing
