can't get 1994 c220 out of park help

What I've seen happen on a lot of cars if you park them on any hill then park sometimes is hard to get out of, if this is the surcomstance then turn wheels against curb, if happens at lets say while shopping make sure your tires are not parked up against curb. I'm only guessing
