Hi There. I have a 2002 mercedes benz c320 sedan and when i start it up it idles rough and it shakes too. Any help would be greatly appreciated

Check for check engine codes and vacuum leaks. Does it only do it when cold or at all times.

It started after i had put some gas in it. I did a flush as i was told and it is still the same. I donʻt really drive it since then because i don't know what the exact problem is. I guess at all times

If it started right after u put gas in it, you probably iver filled it and got gas in the charcoal evap canaster. Find the evap solenoid, it's stuck open
