Sounds self-explanatory. So put a quart or liter of oil in.

im confuse is this need to change the oil totaly or just need additional 1ltr of oil? sory new in mercedes car
No. Not an oil change. Your Mercedes can tell quantity, or how much oil is in the engine and if low will give you that information. No need to get worried and run out and add the oil at that very moment, just as it says at next fueling. I don't know how the message center, or maintenance required works on that car, but if nothing else keep track of miles and change at 5000 miles/ 8000 km. MAXIMUM, no more. If you don't know how many miles/kilometers is on the oil, change it anyway to be sure. Then write down mileage or kilometers. If you have synthetic oil, it can go longer, but no need to get in to that. And very important is a quality filter, no $4 crap. Spend $10 for a good filter, is money well spent
