spilled liquid sown on my concole on my Mercedes ben 2000 e320 and now the windows wont go down or up , mirrors wont move and truck lever wont work, willa reset fix this by disconnecting the negative battery cable.

If you are in a warm area I would open the windows and try to get it in some sunlight. Beyond that, getting a hair dryer might help dry some of it up, but most of the time, it takes some time for the liquid to dry out internally. if you are technical you can take apart some of the console, but not recommended if you are not able to put it back together :) Check out these guys https://www.adsitco.com/parts/by_category/ you will prolly need something from their electric category, but i would talk to whoever is available for chat on their site and they can help you out.
