Sputtering and looses power

So I have a 1999 Benz E430. Today I tried to
take interstate and as soon as the car hit 65
it started sputtering and loosing power. As
long as I'm doing 60 mph or less it's fine.
What is wrong with my car?

Possibly fuel related, perhaps filter. When else does it do this?

Never. Had to take interstate other day can only go 64 mph. Anything over this it sputters and acts like it just cannot move. If the dial hits 65 it acts up. I take my foot of gas and let it drop down and its fine. I set my cruise at 64 and just went. Just wish I knew what can cause this.
