rumble heavy and then the rpm went to 0
and engine shut off when I try to start
again it went go over 500 rpm unless I hit
the gas and then if I try to drive it just shuts
off again any ideas?

Sounds like you have a bad alternator. Something similar happened to me. I was driving and all my lights shut off and the rpm dropped to around 500. Once I replaced the alternator and charged the battery it was back to running perfectly.
