when throttle is pressed open it bogs down as if it is out of fuel

it idles fine but when you give a lot of throttle it loses all power as if out of fuel

Sounds like a throttle position sensor to me. Incorrect sensor reading sends an improper signal to the ECM and not enough or too much gas gets dumped into the engine. You may also have a bad spark plug or wire causing it to misfire under load and lose power.

it got a new throttle position sensor and new plug and wire and that didnt work

I have same problem with 7.4l Chevy. Can't for the life of me figure it out. Hopefully someone can help us both out
