my car has been parked in a covered garage for the last two years. Its time to move it due to relocation, what do i need to do to get it to start and drive to the garage for filters and fluid?

I had to put my car in a covered garage due to predatory sf meter maid ticketing. It is now
time to relocate and I want to bring my car which i love dearly along with me. What
exactly do I need to do to start the engine. I know i'll need a new battery and ultimately
bring it to the garage to have the fluids and filters all replace, but not sure how to get the
engine going to get it there. thank you very much for your help in advance.

You could always have it towed to the shop that will be doing all the work. Thats what I would do.

thanks everyone. I'm thinking thats what I"ll end up doing. it was sitting for two years. out of the elements, but still sitting there. guess i'll use up one of my AAA tows.
