why wont my turn signals or flashers work? changed steering colum and relay

...again this is a Grounding issue...the black battery cable (not the clamp side) but the other side with a lolipop with a hole in it....connects to the chassis/ground...this connection gets fouled up after repeated starts and develops a "semi-conductor" layer that creates a BROWN-out condition of reduced voltages and varying amperages...NEW battery as the non-lead ones stop taking a charge ten percent per year~ five years max before you start to have charging problems~

if you changed the relay on the relay box, check the hazard switch. if it's broken they do not work
