97 jetta wont roll over and the hazzard lights flash

how can i get my car to start i tried turning key in doors but still nothing i turn the key in ignition and  my hazzard
lights come on and it wont roll over. PLEASE HELP

looks like your alarm has a big part of the problem change batteries in remote see if it helps also someone could have put a cut off switch on it try keys in the trunk also try starting in neutral
