Oil spray

I have a 99 Tahoe will 134000 miles. It was low on
oil one quart. I put it in and drove 100 miles. No
mechanical problems. Didn't run hot or low oil
pressure. When I got home I saw oil dripping and
saw oil spray on right side of engine. Around oil
filter it's dry. Any suggestions?

I checked power steering this morning and dipstick is dry as a bone. Think it was a line that burst
