2003 VW beetle I frogot to close the oil and I was
wondering if my car can get mest up because of
that

You mean the oil filler cap, yes? Leaving it off has no serious consequences, unless a lot of water splashed down it.

And I already cleaned the water in the outside that was around it but still like a little drips should I just change the oil
