Breaks still wobble after everything has been replaced .Pads, Drums,rotors
calipers, master cylinder, booster everything ! I've even taken it to a break
company and they can't even figure it out .

Whoops yea , Brake. The steering wheel doesn't shudder only the brake pedal. But it only seems to do it when it warms up a bit.
