I just bought a 98 camaro sweet deal but no key I was told to just knock the ignition out didn't work that has caused the anti theft to in engage does anyone know how I can disengage it r bypass

try unplugging the positive post cable. if you removed the key cylinder you can buy a new one at auto zone or call a locksmith they charge about 100.00

No key and a 'sweet deal'..you do have title, right?
