Car wont turn over

Could be but first check your battery for proper voltage. Also clean and tighten all battery connections. Check the negative battery connections at the frame and motor. Bad battery or bad connections could be causing your issues.

check the battery, just press the horn ,if it is loud, change the starter.

if you have power and the car just does not crank i had the same issue before check the starter on my 98 audi the line between the solenoid and main points had rotted out and come apart and its mst likely the culprit if you got lots of power.
