I installed a cv half shaft in a 2002 Volvo s40 and the shaft continues to drop out if the transmission. Everything is in correctly according to everything I have read does anyone have any suggestions

replace the spring clip on the spline or spread it appart so it does its job by the way it should not come out if it is bolted in with axel nut tight and all suspention attached hope this helps
