I have 97 camaro w 3.8 6 cyl with over 150000 miles what is best performance oil can I use not hurting motor

mobile 1 ..full synthetic20w-50 if you rag on your car or live in a hot area... or mobil 1 synthetic oil 5w40 mild area ...and in a cold area 5w 40... if it was my 97 camarro 18 years old for sure *20w-50*.. as it wears it will keep your pressure up.. i run that in all my cars.street,race,track..and i run 5w40 in my ZO6...also change over to full syn oils inyour ps /rear end/ transmission....your will see and feel a difference in performance....
