once again, i tried uploading photo without success. if you could help without the Sarcasm this time, i would appreciate it  Thanks

Make sure the photo is in a format that is compatible Car Gurus (I use .jpg) If you are not sure what the photo format is then view then click the right mouse button on the name of the photo in the file .. then click properties... if it's the wrong format then open the photo in a viewer the use "save a$" use either all files or .jpg if it's available.
