I have a 97 cav the left signal is ok the right signal flashes really fast ,inside the car and doesnt work on the outside rear . the front however does work?

It's telling you that one or both of the turn signal bulbs need replacing. Could be front, rear, or both. Once bulbs are replaced, the rhythm will return return to normal.
