pep boys and firestone repair mechanics have not located it

instead of your wise ass remark about pep boys (which is incorrect, having taken the car to pep boys ) you could have answered the question as to where the valve is located in enough detail so I can find it. the internet has no answer. pep boys and firestone can't find it, having looked extensively. The 1999 thru 2008 hayne's repair manual is incorrect because it does not show the correct picture - it's another model that is shown- not the sonata
