Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I have a 96 Chevy Blazer 4.3 and the problem I'm
having is that she keeps stuttering like she's going
to die and then she'll give up and then she moved .
But it's like she gets high idle and low idle. Not sure
what it could be ? Some says a turn up some say
EGR valve some say it's the Cadillac converter I
just don't know which one or could it be oxygen
sensors?....... Need help.....
